Delivery of Merchandise

• Orders are shipped via Registered Regular Airmail and require a signature upon delivery.
• If your order is not delivered within the allotted time frame, please contact us with your Order ID or, if unavailable, provide your name, delivery address, and payment date. We will investigate and track the order.

Delivery Timeframes

• USA Domestic Warehouse: Orders are delivered in 2–5 days.
• International Warehouse: Delivery to the U.S. takes 7–21 days, while delivery to Europe typically takes 7–14 days.
• In rare cases, delays may occur due to customs procedures. If your order is not delivered within 30 days, or if you receive a seizure letter, please contact us for assistance.

Shipping Information

• Orders are shipped within 24–48 business hours after payment is received.
• For orders split into multiple parcels, parcels are shipped every 1–3 days. The average time between the first and last delivery is 2–10 days.
• All parcels are sent via Registered Regular Airmail for secure delivery.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of payment.
• To cancel, email us with your Order ID, name, and shipping address.
• If cancellation is not requested within the specified timeframe, the order will be processed and cannot be refunded.

Non-Disclosure

• Customer information will not be disclosed, even upon official requests from foreign authorities.

Claims & Refund

• If your order is not delivered within 30 days, and you have not received a customs or FDA seizure letter, please contact us for support.
• If you receive an incorrect order, we will replace it promptly.
• If your order is seized by customs, submit a ticket with a copy of the seizure letter for assistance.
